Harrasment on non payment

I am a victim of harrasment in credit one they gave me a credit of  line of 270 and I had to pay 89 dollars to activate for immediate credit I only used 100 dollars where I was going to pay the full amount untill they told me that the balaced owed was 1000 dollars I thought it might have been an error but I thought wrong I still am amused that there is bad fraudulent people still in existence in this world how can I pay 1000 when my credit line was limited  to 300 only there is no way I'm going to let these people harras me anymore I am a cancer patient and I refuse to use up the little time I got on these [***] who think they are getting away you just don't know how close u are in to get caught get ready cause u will be caught and there is concequences so that's my story and stop these harrisments .
