Company stated one price that I agreed upon and billed me almost $99 more in less than fifteen days. There were no terms and agreements because I checked and read everything. There was no information on the package or inside. You are not given thirty days to even try it. I believe that they start counting down when you make the order.

    It's a cramming scam..

Most of these "trial offer for just shipping and handling" offers are cramming scams, designed to get your account information for the "shipping and handling", but intending to cram through some ridiculously priced charge before you know what hit you.  They're not making money on the "shipping and handling", and they're not making it on repeat customers, only on each new sucker.

Contact your bank.. replies to It's a cramming scam..
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
