They spoof my area code and first three numbers of my phone. I followed thru to the india born person only to tell him to F..... off. again and again. He Hung up. Do you think they can continue this forever?

    Yeah, they can continue forever..
    They're in India, with Indian wage rates, so their time is dirt cheap compared to yours.
    Might as well ask if mosquitos can continue forever.  It works for them.
