Cut the services for my line

Yesterday I travel fro Jeddah to Dubai and I called mobily to active my roaming facility in Dubai and they tell me fine and it's working ,, now suddenly my line is totally cut without any inform me or calling me ,, there is no any minimum recorct for me as customer paying Eveery month 800 SR!!!,,
