NO SUCTION

I am on a disability fixed income purchased this vacuumthinking it would be easy to use, unfortunately this turned out to be a huge disappointment/ has never worked to pick up dirt I wanted my money returned as there is nothing you can do to make want to use any of your products. I will be able to put my money towards something else. Look forward to receiving my refund. Thank you
