I never ordered any vitamins but my bank deducted $69.87.  I am going in to the bank today to dispute the charge.  I think someone else ordered them and mistakenly gave the wrong bank card

I ordered Wen Hair Care products from TV ad. After receiving my Wen products this company sent a free bottle of vitamins that they ended up charging me $2.99 shipping for. They continue to keep debiting my account for $29.95 every month. Beware these peoples are Scam Artist! Think twice before ordering Wen Hair Care these people are linked.

There is no way beyond shutting down access to your money to stop them from continuing to take it.

File fraud disputes with your bank, and have them block the card number or close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  If you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, your bank can reverse them under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

I, too, am having the same problem. I sent Guthy-Renker an email months ago to cancel my order - yet Vitamins keep coming. I just sent another email and their response was that the vitamins are a Guthy-Renker product, but a diffierent customer service center - so my previous order cancellation only cancelled WEN. Even though it was all processed through the WEN site. SHADY business and I hope Chaz Dean cuts ties with Guthy Renker. ALSO, the vitamins have never come with ANY paperwork, receipt, shipping receipt...nothing, so no order # or contact information. I'm heading to the social networks to warn folks - I wish I knew before I ordered.

Don't take the free Vitamins from GRC when ordering from WEN. They are shady. They will charge your bank even after you cancelled your account. I ended up paying a total of $128.77 to GRC Vitamins over 4 months period. be warned; nothing is free. BTW WEN hair is no better than many other brand that you can find in the stores. It's not like they make it seem on TV. Not recommended.

My vitamins that I got scammed into were through Proactive! It said themselves the vitamins were a product from the proactive company themselves but im not finding out thats a lie. I am very disappointed, I thought proactive would be better than that.

I contacted my bank online, and they settled my dispute by closing my debit card without closing my account in total. I had a GRC vitamin charge that resulted in overdraft on my account to the tune of +$50. However, I would like to put in a plug for PNC Bank/Virtual Wallet account!!! They totally rock!!! I have dealt with a number of banks in the past, and BY FAR PNC is the BEST. They had an online chat feature that I accessed and they couldn't have been better. I got it all taken care of in less than 15 minutes.

OMG! I am having the same problem!!!!!!!!! My aunt visited Florida in Sept 2012, I shipped it to her hotel and I did not agree to any subscriptions! I kept calling their representatives and they keep saying my account is closed but yet I'm being charged $32.94US every month!!!!!!!!!!! I don't even live in the US so I am  not receiving what I'm being charged for and I don't want it!!! This is frustrating. I did not want to close off my credit card account cuz I have other monthly payments attached to this... I cann't blieve, it's over $100US that I have been charges. I would like my money back!
