Amount credited to special account without users consent

Hi,

I had made a recharge of 275 * 3(three attempts) and all this money was credited to some special account without my consent. My main account balance remains low and i am unable to make any calls. This is a weird situation. I demand that airtel moves all my money from the special account to my main account immediately.
