Terrible Washer Repair experience for 18month old washer

The repairman failed to wait for the wash cycle to run, so the washer is still broken and apparently the 800-service number was unable to get him to return because the ticket was closed. So I've not only had to wait over 2.5 weeks since first calling for a repair, but now I have to wait even longer. With a 4 month old baby we generate a lot of laundry. We're rescheduled for tomorrow, but what's the guarantee that we even needed a new part if the washer is throwing the same error code as before? I also want to file a complaint against the technician (ID # 0771121), since he left before confirming the repair.
This has been a horrible experience from beginning to end. Most of all the nonsense about the technician being unable to return during the period I had to take off work to be available, and now will have to take off part of tomorrow too.
