Poor service from A & E

We placed a service call because our freezer/icemaker stopped working on our Samsung fridge. in Palm Springs, CA. We were transferred to several different departments, phone, tv, phone, tv and finally appliances. Each time we had to explain the issue and provide phone #, address, serial # etc. You sent a technician out the next day who did some testing and told us our power supply was faulty (suspect because the upper fridge was still working), plugged it into another outlet and charged us $130. 12 hours later we placed another call because nothing changed and went through the same issue transferring from one person to another and explaining to each person only to be told we would have to wait another 4 days for service even though everything was spoiling in our fridge. We were leaving the country the next day and asked the person we spoke to if she would keep the file open and we would place another call upon our return.  We're in Canada now and I've received 2 voice mails this week from technicians who went to our place to service the fridge.  We did not book these calls and as such don't expect to pay for them.     I bought my Samsung Fridge Freezer at the end of August and had it delivered to me a week later. I took all the wrapping off to find that one of my freezer drawers was cracked. I placed a service call the next day as they were closed on Sunday, only to find that the person on the other end of the phone could not understand what I was saying, in the end I put the phone down and went to the shop where I bought it (Currys). They then placed another call and had exactly the same problem. The young lady in Currys sorted this out for me (so I thought) and i went away relived. I received the new part came 7 days later only to find out that it was the wrong part. I now had to place yet another service call to Samsung to state this. I am now still waiting 10 days later for the new part. The after care service with Samsung is very poor and this has cost me a lot of money on phone calls which I presume I will not be compensated for. All I need to know is who do I contact if I want to place a formal complaint and maybe get some compensation as the service I have received is bad to say the least!!!
