Regarding refunds

I just wanted to say:
If you ordered on a Friday (after their business hours as states on their fine print for phen375) and u contact them Saturday within the first 24 hours of ordering, they COULD NOT HAVE POSSIBLY SHIPPED OUT, as per their own fine print it ships out first thing Monday! If you find you want to cancel and they tell you sorry all sales final, or try to tell you sorry it's already processed, or tell you to go and read their user agreement which you had clicked I AGREE at the time of checkout....
Tell them this:
1.) as per you credit card agreement if you don't sign for the product you aren't liable! Meaning they can't claim you accepted shipment therefor you cannot dispute the charges (chargeback)
2.) remind them that their own fine print says they don't ship on weekends (since they didn't send you any notification/tracking number as far as the credit card is concerned it hasn't shipped to you)
3.) also tell them that you will file a dispute the moment your statement has posted the transaction (which you must follow through and file) the reason is if they decide to not believe you you miss the window to file and claim that you requested it be cancelled and they didn't. See if u tell them this by email you have a copy of it in your email box, therefore u can prove you gave them adequate notice to cancel and that you asked them to refund. After they send you a reply telling you they won't refund due to fact it has been processed (which if you ordered late Friday evening after their business hours they cannot claim that they processed)
All you have to do is file the dispute with your credit card company and inform RDK (by replying to their reply emails) and they will inform you that they HAVE BLOCKED YOUR EMAILS. EMAIL ADDRESS. AND CREDIT CARD NUMBER from their site and you are never allowed to purchase anymore products from their site ever again..... BUT "THEY DO REFUND U"!!! They are angry but they do refund you! So don't let fine print stop you
