If I didnt' know any better I'd swear that the people working for sprint work for the Devil. there is no way a human being can lack the compassion that EVERY sprint employee has. Why do they even have customer service they're no help to anyone. They take your money and tell you that they dont' gurantee you that you'll get coverage at all. What!! and they say it with dry humor. I've been experiencing drop calls, no internet service, cannot send out text messages picture or videos for over a hear now. They charged me for a phone linefor a whole year that I repeately called and ask to be disconnected. I've called sprint 20 times talk to 30 different people, how in the world can you speak to that many people and no one is able to resolve your issue. I think in their job desciption it says you have to be heartless, mean, inconsiderate, incompassionate, rude and down right arrogant to work here. If you can display those type of qualities you're hired. I need help and quick.
