Scam!!!! Don't order Wen through Guthy Renker

Shame on Chaz Dean and Guthy Renker!!!! I ordered the initial kit and decided that instead of the auto shipments I would order the 2 large bottles for $39 rather than the $90 kits that has all the junk you don't want. I went online and changed the frequency of the shipments out a year which was as far out as I could go.
Well guess what? Magically it went back to standard orders which come every few months. Now I have to pay to ship it back to them and pay for the shipping to me of a kit I didn't want or order.
Whatever you do DON'T get involved with these people!!! If you like the product you can get it on amazon, eBay, and even HSN. Also I understand there's a knock off of this product at Sally's beauty supply that's supposed to be fantastic! Just go to Sally's and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these scammers.
