4 Hours Delay

To whom this may concern:
As one of Turkish Airlines Core Values (Customer Satisfaction),I am writing this in regards to 4 hours flight delay from Los angeles to Istanbul on March 21, 2012 that made me unsatisfied!!!.
I was scheduled to board flight at 21:30 from Istanbul Airport to IKA, and before that I have to visit Mrs. D**** for some important Financial ties in Atatürk Airport when it was reported that the flight from Los Angeles was to be delayed (with no any estimated time for delays and when we were on board!!!).
Please note: After the first fly,I was the last passenger that reached the connection flight to IKA and I was going to lost the second plane because of my backache and slow walking.
As I have attained a bad backache because of the great time seating on board seats , and also lost my meeting , you as Turkish Airlines are requested to atone these problems by The Montreal Convention and the Warsaw Convention systems.
