Terrible shipping and cavelier customer service attitudes

Terrible customer service and major issues with shipping and deliveries.  I placed an order on 2/5/12 and just found out that I will not receive it until 2/22/12!  They did not even think to overnight the order when they realized they had made a huge mistake.  They refunded the $7.50 shipping fees for a product which is now useless to me.  I even filed a compliant with the Chicago BBB.  The Boombah rep had the nerve to report to the BBB that I seemed "pleased with their offer...". Absolutely NOT true.  Do yourself a favor and stay with the big boys who know how to communicate with customers (I.e., Dicks or Sports Authority).

    Michael M seems unpleasable. Maybe its boombahs fault you left yourself short on time for the product you needed & of course you filed a complaint with the BBB. I'm willing to bet $7.50 refund wasnt good enough you probably need full compensation not to mention pain and suffering for the whole 2 &1/2 weeks of waiting(13 business days=less than 2 weeks).Get a life Micky.

    Overit - It seems that Overit is incapable in understanding Michaels full problem. Michael implies that Boombah stated that they would have the product to him when he needed it. If they couldn't do it within a specific time frame they would have indicated that, but apparently did not. So if one is to judge you by your arrogant comment, it may just be that you are an employee of Boombah, and YOU should "Get a life" from coming on and attempting to dispel a legitimate complaint - by your actions you substantiate Michael's complaint!
