I bought a new cell phone this year and the company has not held true to their $50.00 rebate.I recieved a notice about about two months ago on my internet saying it was in process, and that is the last and only  time I have heard from Sprint. I would appreciate it if you could see what is wrong with it taking such a long time to redeem my $5.00. Thank you, Joanne D'Abate
