This is to bring to your notice the pathetic service of airtel. I had requested for an airtel broadband connection for my office. And airtel representative came to my office and took 3000 in advance for the connection . Then Mr Arvind called me and told me that the airtel representative who came to collect the money met with an accident and that he is in the hospital. And it is already more than 1 month but still i didn't get the connection . And whenever i call Mr Arvind he keeps on posponding. And 1 day he even told me that the technical guy is on the way but he will be late as his cycle tyre got punctured on the way , but he never turned up. It is quite frustrating, And on further enquiry i came to know that he even gives a new connection with fake document and he never deposit the money in airtel office . And after three months the connection gets disconnected due to non payment of bill. Then he again gets a new connection for that particular customer with some others persons documents. And keep on repeating the same thing once the line is disconnected . If a person like Arvind continues working for airtel i can see a dark future for airtel .
