On September 30th, I ordered some Stone Wave cookware from a Telebrands TV ad, and paid for it with my credit card.  About 3 days later, a young man called to thank me for my order, and then began putting extreme pressure on me to let him send me "free" zirconium earrings if I agreed to look at one of their zirconium necklaces, blah, blah, blah!  I told him "no" several times and finally said that I would just send it back if they sent it and that it was too much trouble and more expense.  He assured me that that was fine and that they would provide all I needed to send it back "at their expense."  I thought the jewelry would come with the cookware, but no ... they had to send it separately and charge me P/H for 2 items, or $13.98.  They also charged me for the necklace - total $53.97, and (without my permission) put it on the same credit card I used for the cookware.  I warned them that if I didn't receive full credit by today (ll/1/13), I would notify my credit card company and file a complaint with the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs, which I am in the process of doing because they never responded.  I sent the necklace back and they got it on 10/25/13.  DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH TELEBRANDS OR STERLINGTON JEWELRY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCAMMED.  THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS WHO PREY ON THE ELDERLY.  I MAY BE 75, BUT I'M NOT DUMB AND WILL HAUNT THEM UNTIL THEY PAY ME.
