LOOKKEM.EXE denies 16 bit installs on their PCs.

ACER added a program named LOOCKKEM.EXE on its desktop PC comoputer.
It apparently is for some kind of security.
But it denies install of Win 98 16 bit software that normally runs very well in 32 bit Win XP.
Their support says that it is not a "known issue" to them so they suggest that we pay them $2 per minute to get help from their paid tech support.
If we report it as an issue why can not they understand that it can become an issue for them to corrtect that is frustrating those who made a mistake of buying their harfware.
