Ifirst spoke with a Jarod Chase from Quantum Law Center he seamed up front.He then put me intouch with Home Rescue Today with a Natalie and a Laurie it felt fine in the beginning then they never returned my calls or emails and i never got what they said they would do. After a long time Jarod  answered the phone  an put me intouch with another person named Ryan from MLC Service. Im still waiting on a call back nothing ever happened no call no action. So becareful i'm out 3100.00 dollars. I'm in touch with Attorney General Office to report them. BEWARE....

    These are questions you might ask your state Attorney General:
    Is it legal in your state for "mortgage modification" companies to require payment before performing their services?
    Are they required to be licensed in your state?

    I used quantum law group and they saved my home.I am a single mother and have been out of work for 5 months. My lender welLs fargo was not willing to work with me in regards to my mortgage.     hello everybody i have been through a lot many pages and blogs on internet saying a company named quantum law center is fraud and not trust worthy for business?i just wanted the common views on this as i got a call from them last week.

    ya u r right man ,even i passed through many pages like this on the internet and watched alot about quantum law center and that guy named jarod chase.but the fact what i feel is that it isnt correct to blame any body without having a proper survey. i cant take his side without having a proof and i cant even b against his side without having a proper proof. BUT I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT AS PER MY SURVEY AND INQUIRIES WITH DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF GOVT I FOUND THAT QUANTUM LAW CENTER WAS ONE OF THE LEADING FIRMS OF THIS BUSINESS. may be somebody is trying to ruin him to spoil his business. so dont believe until u have proper proofs about them.

    hey i would like both of you to know that i have been helped by this company quantum law center and it was the same guy named jarod chase with whom i talked. i cant say but i found a great relief.before that i went to many companies but they spoke alot and did nothin. but QUANTUM LAW CENTER ,they really helped me and they worked according to their words.u should believe them and whats wrong in believing when they r holding the license to do the business.. i even found them registered in list of best service providers too.i suggest u should trust them.

    yes man we should really help this company in its bad time . its really a genuine company and thay have helped alot many.we were in our worst situations and they gave us a supporting hand at that time .how can i forget you quantum law center and that guy jarod chased he talked in such a nice manner and i never knew when i was out of all my worries. thanks quantum law center and most thanks to jarod chase...yo yo quantum law center go...we are with you...

    Quantum Law - Jarod Chase- Ryan Yamasaki are a fraud.  I spoke with Ryan last week and he himself said that there were problems with their company.  You got that right.  This company took my money and put my house in jeopardy of foreclosure.  They have only put me in more trouble with my house.  I have hired a REAL law firm in New York and we are finding out more than I really want to hear.  SHAME ON YOU - JAROD CHASE AND RYAN YAMASAKI AND CORY.

    You have put my house in $37,000.00 in back payments with BAC.  Therefore you taken advantage of me.  All your sweet talk and false promises make me sick. Praying on people when they need help.  You betrayed me.  You should hope that karma does not get you but it will.  I am making complaints to the California BBB and I have sent emails to Quantum Law Center who is on new site. I have heard that they will be giving refunds back (don't know if I believe that) People have lost their houses because of this scum.  I am not stopping until justice is done.

    What law firm are you taking about? Quantum Law Firm has put me in foreclosure and stole my money.  They are a scam.  Ryan-Jarod and Cory are the scum of this earth.  I have many problems due to their scam.  I owe $37000.00 in back payments that Jarod told me don't worry about it.  That Quantum will save my house.  I am so angry.  Stay away from this company.  They are evil.  The take you money and in the end you end up with no house or paying out your tush!  BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You want proof.  I am proof.  This guys are scammers.  The rape you and then you end up with nothing.  My house is in foreclosure and I am not fighting to try to keep it.  I am a single mother and I take care of my 86 year old mother.  These people must be stopped!  I am going to look into a lawsuit.  They are evil.  Try to call Jarod or email.  NOTHING!!!!  They do not even acknowledge you.  Ryan told me himself that the company has went under due to financial difficulties.  Nice way of saying it, THEY GOT CAUGHT!!

    I pray for me and all the others that have trusted these people.  We will get throught this, don't stop fighting.  Hire a real lawyer like I did and fight for your life and rights.

    I would like to take back all negative remarks about Ryan Yamasaki and Jarod Chase. These two men did try to help me and I apologize for the remarks that I have made about them.  My wishes were not to slander anyone even though it did come out that way.
    I WANT these negative remarks taken off this site IMMEDIATELY!!!.  
    I have sent requests to this site to remove everything posted by maurrain in reference to Ryan and Jarod, with no reply from Complaint Wire.com.  

    In ending, my wishes are that Complaint Wire take all remarks off this site from maurrain ASAP!!!

    My apologies go to Ryan Yamasaki and Jarod Chase.  I hope you accept my apology.  I feel totally humilated.
