I have gotten many cals from this number and a company called MPI. They call at dinner time and very early in the morning. I have asked them to stop repeatedly. They claim that they have never heard the complaint. I suspect that my number is in MPI's datavase and that they rent the database to charitable orgs who contract with individuals to make phone calls and raise money. How can I find MPI and get my name out of their database?

The Best Comp Plan I've Seen in 14 Years

Last week I stumbled onto a fairly new network marketing
company that really got my attention fast and held on. I
have been in this industry for 14 years and one thing I
heard made my ears stand right up. This guy has come up
with the perfect compensation plan. One that eliminates
    attrition once and for all.

I love network marketing but I've always had one pet
peave about it. We don't just have to build downlines.
We are always having to rebuild downlines. That's
because too many people get involved with unrealistic
expectations or simply don't do any work. Hence, a month
or 3 months later they quit and I need to replace them
in order to maintain that level of income.

I'm sure you can relate to what I'm saying. Well, what
if you knew that everyone who fell under you was there
to stay? That nobody would quit because everyone starts
making money their first month and that income continues
to grow whether they are working the business or not.

This business is so easy to build anyway though because
of the nature of the system. You'll see what I mean in
    a few minutes.

All I want you to do is go watch these 4 short videos...

    http://www.dominatelasvegas.com/

If you like what you see, and I know you will, then get
    on the waiting list.

Then I want you to think about something. If all you
had to do was get people to watch those 4 videos, and
knowing how powerful they are after you watched them
yourself, and you would easily have people signing up
on your waiting list like bees drawn to honey, can you
see how easy this is? That's just the tip of the
    iceberg with this one.

I am what people tend to refer to as a heavy hitter.
Anyone who comes on board with me now will surely
benefit. If you don't know what to do I will show you.
You cannot fail with this one. It is not a get rich
quick thing but you can definitely make more than
enough to retire on in 24 months or less. And I mean
a wealthy retirement. At least 5 figures a month.

Go check out the videos and make sure you watch all
4 of them. Make yourself comfortable. Not because they
are long but because if you're standing up you might
fall over when you see this. It's that powerful.

You guys are crazy.....mpi is a telemarketing company hired by different organizations to raise funds for the cause. Of course the telemarketer is paid but the money is really given to the organization that hires mpi. If you ask to be taken off the list....trust me they will take you off the list. Don't be an a hole they gotta feed their kids too.

Good thing they don't. Try actually listening to the guy on the other end, instead of telling them what's what. They've gotta keep their lights on too y'know.

I work for MPI. Our job is to take your money. If not your money, then your mother's money, your grandmother's money, your daughter's money, etc. We don't care if we have to lie to you to get your money. It's true that we only give 15% or less to the charities we fund raise for. But who cares? They're not doing it so what the hell do you expect. I'm trying to get a new car, my girlfriend needs some new shoes, and I have to stay flossin on these darkies. I'm writing this while drunk so I don't care if you get mad and I run MPI so they'll never fire me.

We operate at 1919 University Ave. in St. Paul, MN if any of you want to come see me. I have goons that work for me that will beat you to a bloody pulp. Most of the people that work for us have criminal records, so you don't want to mess with us. We hire them to get a WOTC from the government. It really helps us save on payroll. I mean, I like some of those darkies, but they're just to dirty to ever truly be my friend. The truth is, if they don't make money for us, we get force them out. They are easily riled up, so all it takes is a little prodding to get them out the door.

Anyways, what we do is get a contract from some organization like the Florida Highway Patrol Command Association or the Nation Association of Chiefs of Police or a Breast Cancer Society. Cops are cool but they're broke so they'll take anything they can get in terms of funding. Breast Cancer people are the same way, they're just so desperate for money that they allow us to fundraise for them. If communities were more involved in fundraising for these organizations, they wouldn't turn to us. We give them 15% or less of everything we raise and our pledges start at $75, $50, or $35. We like to target the elderly, disabled, and retired because we just can't get enough of those government checks. They put a nice chain on my neck and the [***] love me. I love talking an old lady out of her social security check, it just brightens my day.

This old lady I talked to once gave me a sob story about how her husband had just died and that she was going through a foreclosure. Cry me a river. I guilt tripped her about the lives that would be lost and the children that would suffer if she didn't donate to us. She ended up pledging $100, thanks to my charm. I love MPI, I get paid and there is nothing you losers can do to stop it. Quit complaining and let me get money. I understand that alot of you don't like giving money to darkies, to be honest they only get paid $8/hour. I get paid way more than that so you're not giving all of your money to darkies, you're giving most of it to a very handsome guy.

I worked for MPI for a brief stint a while back at the St. Paul office, it's a [***], nothing but a bunch of ex cons, felons and loud-mouthed [***] who don't know when (or how) to shut their [***].  There are a couple of people (out of 40) who are dedicated to doing their jobs but otherwise, it's a bunch of clowns.  Here's the setup, you have one manager, a black woman who does nothing but yell, either she's yelling BINGO (yea-they actually play bingo) or she's fat-mouthing to coworkers, generally people who kiss her worthless ass simply because she's a manager.  There are no partitions so it's nearly impossible to hear at times, 90 percent of the people who work there have no problem with shouting at the top of their lungs, usually it's random nonsense.  I've had numerous customer service jobs over the years and most I'd rate in between 4-9 for office environment, this place is a 0.  If the owner pulled his head out of his [***] he would realize that he could increase his profits 3-fold if he would simply provide a quieter atmosphere but collectively, the management has the IQ of an ashtray.  The bonus system is laughable, in order to make a livable wage you'd have to do 5,000 dollars a week in sales, next to impossible, even for a seasoned salesman.  What kind of a company promotes noise and chaos on the sales floor?  This is not a Wall Street trading floor, it's a charity, have some respect for the people you're calling, it's the least you can do.

In short, I'm going to make sure that people are aware of MPI, usually 10 percent (or less) of the money donated to the charities they call for actually goes to the organization they raise money for and that particular organization might spend 3 cents on the dollar for the cause.  So basically, if you give 75 dollars you'd be fortunate if .50 cents went to the program they are pitching.

        It'd actually be $7.50 for a 75$, but heres a question for ya. Isn't 10% better than 0%?

    The Real Deal
Reminds me of these guys here

So I get this call from a telemarketing scumbag for the RI Police Defense Foundation asking me for a donation and after I tell him, no, no ,no, he acts like I did not say, no, no, no and then asks me for my credit card number to process my donation and says it is so the police can do charity faster so I ask him, why would the police on the one hand tell me not to give my credit card number over the phone and then call me and ask me in the name of their charity to go against everything they have ever said, so I did a little research on the this group and it turns out they hired a professional fundraiser that is going to keep like 90% of the 100 bucks he wanted. So anyway, here it is, they have been sued more times and by more people then probably any group of companies in the history of the world. So yeah, I am going to give these clowns my credit card number. Remember everyone, dont listen to the guy on the phone, listen to what the cops have always told you and dont give in, if you want to give to a cop, find a cop and ask him for the address to the charity directly. Dont make these people rich.

Outreach Calling Inc – Owner Damian Muziani
Outreach Calling Inc Owner Damian Muziani - http://www.outreachcalling.com/

Data Communications Inc former company of Damian Muziani

    __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Now the question here is how has Marc Rosenberg been able to work for Damian Muziani for 11 years at a company that has only been incorporated since 2009 and the answer is simple if you look at the photos. The photos are of the office space that Damian Muziani runs his company out of and in the first picture you can clearly see 2 signs with the letters CSI on them and CSI stands for Community Support Inc the company that was sued by over 30 Attorney Generals around the country in 2009 during Operation False Charity. Community Support Inc was also banned from soliciting in the states of Iowa and Oregon from fraudulent practices.

The phone number 856-629-1500 at the bottom of the sign in the second picture leads back to Data Communications Inc, Damian Muziani’s name for his former company.

    http://www.powerprofiles.com/profile/00005159 ... -(856)+629-1500

Now, Operation False Charity was the largest charity fraud sweep in the history of the United States by the FTC and pretty much every Attorney General and Secretary of State in the country. The press release by the FTC can be found here. http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2009/05/charityfraud.shtm Operation False Charity happened in May of 2009 and Damian Muziani changed the name of his company in September of 2009, 4 months later, but kept all the same contracts.

Community Supports involvment in fraudulent fundraising practices can be found  here in Louisiana http://www.ag.state.la.us/Article.aspx?articleID=299&catID=0&printer=1

A quote about CSI from the Louisiana Attorney General regarding the company Damian Muziani through Data Communications Inc was a part of.

“Also, as part of Operation False Charity, Louisiana has joined with 30 other states in enforcing state disclosure laws against a particular professional solicitor/telemarketer, Community Support, Inc. (“CSI”). CSI solicits charitable donations from consumers in nearly every state on behalf of over 35 non-profit organizations.

The multi-state investigation suggests that CSI has engaged in a pattern of consistently violating state disclosure laws in at least 23 ways spread over 300 instances, in every state, for each of its charitable clients. For instance, CSI appears to have often: 1) misrepresented how much of the funds actually go to the charity, 2) misrepresented what would be spent in the call recipient’s local community, 3) harassed call recipients, 4) its callers falsely claimed to be law enforcement or veterans, 5) falsely claimed a person had made a pledge when they had not.”

This list just goes on and on of States that have sued Community Support Inc that Damian Muziani was so proud to display on the stairs leading up to the front door of the office where some of the calls referenced in these lawsuits originated. Outreach Calling is just another incarnation of Community Support Inc and Damian Muziani knows it but would rather forget that he helped cause Community Support Inc to get sued by all these states and the Federal Trade Commission.

Damian Muziani thinks that him and Greg Hertling of Residential Calling Inc, formerly a manager (http://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1454&da ... pg=2333,5826425) of Civic Development Group (http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2010/03/cdg.shtm sued and forced to turn over 18.8 million fraudulently solicited) employed by David Keezer and Scott and Brian Pasch and currently subcontracting to Damian Muziani and Outreach Calling Inc out in West Virginia  and Mark Gelvan at, and get this name, CSI Outsource 3000 can just simply walk away from all these lawsuits about fraudulent fundraising practices and continue on with business as usual. And business as usual is more fraudulent pitches. This record of past behavior is not something that Marc Rosenberg should be bragging about below.
This lawsuit by the New York Attorney General says that Mark Gelvan, the owner of CSI Outsouce 3000 runs Outreach Calling Inc, http://www.ag.ny.gov/sites/default/files/pres ... 20Complaint.pdf and CSI Outsource 3000 is where Tom Berkenbush and Bill English now work after closing Community Support Inc. It is just one big, according the the lawsuits and AG’s happy family of scams.

    According to this article http://www.bizjournals.com/albany/stories/2002/10/07/daily24.html?page=all,

    Quote from the article

“The lawsuit against All-Pro contends that the script used by the fundraiser’s employees pretended the callers were New York state troopers and did not identify them as paid solicitors. Donors were allegedly told that the money would be used for anti-drug and alcohol presentations and for an emergency fund that would benefit charitable organizations, widows and orphans of the group’s members and active state troopers.All-Pro staged a total of 30 educational anti-drug programs in only nine New York counties, including Albany and Rensselaer, between 1995 and 2001, according to the Attorney General’s office. The emergency fund did not exist, the lawsuit alleges. The fundraiser “took cynical advantage of New Yorkers’ desire to support law enforcement,” Spitzer said.”And this is on top, for Mark Gelvan, according to the same article “In 1996 All-Pro agreed to pay $30,000 in a settlement with former Attorney General Dennis Vacco, and agreed to stop deceptive fund raising practices.” So, in a few years, people, and when I say people, I mean our friends at the Attorney General’s offices, the FTC, charities watchdogs and donors have called this group of so called “professional fundraisers” conartists for almost 20 years and nobody says the same things about you for 20 years and have it not be true.

If that were the case, these people, meaning Damian Muziani, Greg Hertling, Mark Gelvan, Tom Berkenbush, Bill English, David Keezer, Scott Pasch, Brian Pasch would have started suing the AG’s and not one single one of them has every done anything but cower in a corner and take their “cost of doing business” lawsuits and pay their fines and then go right back to the do the exact same thing they always have done. Lie to donors and commit crimes they get other people blamed for.
So the moral of this story is Damian Muziani, when you lay down with dogs, you get up with fleas, or in your case, dozens and dozens of lawsuits.

MPI calls every single day - sometimes numerous times.  They are very rude, VERY SNEAKY, & won't state the name of the business they are calling on behalf of.  They'll just state their first name & ask for the owner of the business - as if they are best friends - but our owner's never heard of these people.  I now know whenever somebody calls & just states their 1st name & asks for the owner - that it's MPI.  They have been known to get nasty & argue with me about talking to our owner.  MPI needs to get reported to the BBB!
