Hotel Run Down - Lacking Amenities

Hello, I am writing to let you know that this Hotel is in need of a complete facelift.  The staff did not seem to care about the customers.  No ice, No ice machine and no one seemed to care.  To say there is a free breakfast is a stretch.  A carafe of coffee and cellophane wrapped muffins - really.  The pool was dirty and you could not walk on the sidewalk without getting mud everywhere.  I am a recent widow and was really looking forward to a much needed relaxing vacation in a nice hotel.  That is not what I got.  I was told pet friendly, then charged another $50!  Ridiculous!
