Dispute unauthorized charges through your bank, and block the card number or close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address.
Your bank can reverse disputed charges if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge, under FRB Reg. E (for checking account debit card or other EFT), or under FCBA (for credit card charges).
File complaints with FTC, your state AG, and at www.ic3.gov

IF you get any flak from Allied Interstate from reversing their unauthorized charge, contact FTC.
Allied Interstate is subject to a consent agreement with FTC, due to a settlement reached about a year ago. It requires specific steps be taken to maintain compliance with FDCPA, provides for FTC auditing of their compliance for a number of years, and basically requires that they be able to document how they have handled any problem.
Make sure FTC is aware of it, so they can check compliance with the consent agreement with respect to this incident.
