hi, I am elle picke. (order 7070113R1) I ordered the 99 cent free sample on 7/25 and it was ship 7/26. Somnapure. On August 3, I spoke to Denaya and cancelled the trial order. On Jul 27, you shipped me a new bottle of 60 Somnapure which I should not gotten. However, it arrived USPS tracker 92748999991558000015709387 on 7/27/15. I want to return this bottle and get a full credit of $37.08 on my MC card ending 2129. Your agent did not inform me of the shipment, nor the charge, nor how to return this product. Today I called "Ramona" and tried to get this resolved. Your agent could not be helpful and transferred me to a ?supervisor?. I am still waiting for the supposed ?supervisor? and am into 20 minutes on hold. So, if I don't hear back from you shortly (954 662-8358), I will send a letter to the Better Business Bureau and dispute any claims to my credit cards with my provider. Since you erroneously sent me product and billed me, the so-called 30 day return policy should be waived.
