Non attending out of order AC

One complaint lodged no.8454121164 to repair Samsung AC purchased on Apr 2013 the same got out of order on 28.7.13 one staff came on 29.7.13 after that no body attending which has been informed to CEO through email and customercare .Customer care contacted me assured me to attend by 05.8.13 but today it is informed by Bhubaneswar servcing they will take another 7 days.So pl intervene & to repair the AC without further delay.
