Service and Food

I recently went to kfc (like so many times before) and we always have a big order.  Last saturday we went again and ordered, after ordering they told us to wait for 6 minutes and they will bring the food, after 20 minutes my boyfriend got out the car to fetch the the food, he was ignored while the staff had their own conversation amongst them selves and then handed our food only to find that our two orders of pops where both dry, cold and just plain old IT WAS THE WORST POPS I HAVE EVER HAD!  The next teusday, 3 days ago, we went back there for another order, we started with 2 pops and 3 orders of spicey wings, she stopped us and told us they need to COUNT THE WINGS FIRST! IGNORED US AND WENT ON WITH HER OWN THING, WHEN WE TOLD HER WE ARE LEAVING BECAUSE OF THE PATHETIC SERVICE AND LACK OF AVAILABILITY OF STOCK WHEN IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE A 24 HOUR SERVICE FOOD OPERATION, SHE SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS.  I would like to speak to someone about this seeing as we are always there paying up to 500 rand for food and not getting the appropriate service or food!!!!!!
