I have been getting calls asking for my mother she is 92 years old and she
has good credit dont know the reason why they are calling or calling my phone. She will
not use no other number but her house phone.  When i ask questions they will not answer me and
hang up.

    If they keep calling..
    Tell them to cease making harassing calls to your number, and to limit contact to US Mail.
    If they continue calling, contact an attorney to discuss legal action for violation of FDCPA.
    You can find a consumer attorney in your state through www.naca.net
    They will often review potential cases for free, and take payment on contingency, since FDCPA allows courts to award attorney fees on top of damages if you win.
