I called home shield protection on 1-9-15 because my heat went out on my furnace . I explained to homeshield the kind of finance that I have. A couple of days later a company called me to out out and see what the problem was with the furnace . I asked did homeshield explains to him what kinda furnace that I have , he stated no. I explained to the gentleman and he said that he don't work on those kind of furnace . I then called homeshield back and ask why wasn't the gentleman given the right information. Finally, they got in touch with all weathers heating. & cooling because they were the company that wiled on my furnace before. A couple of days later all weathers came out , checked the furnace and stated that I needed a new furnace . He showed me the rusted. & busted pipes. He wrote all of the information off of the furnace and called it in. I got a e mail that it was ordered a couple days later. After not hearing from homeshield days later after the e mail, I called. A representative told me that the wrong furnace was ordered. I then called the company, he stated the same. I waited a couple days later again, then called home shield back more than 5 times. Every one kept telling me there is a lot of notes but not saying if the new furnace was ordered. I ask for a supervisor to call me, haven't heard from one after asking on the last phone call till this day. One if the representative told me to buy space heaters. I explained that I only have the 575$ for the outer pocket cost. I can't afford to buy space heaters. I asked could it be helped with the outer pocket cost because for my inconvience, the representative said that they would get back in touch with me. I will have a large gas bill. I have been having my top eyes on my stove & my oven on for almost two weeks to warm my house
