Unwanted call and am on the No Call List

I have told them repeatedly that I do not want their calls or services.  In call in the past I told them that and that I would report them to the FTC if they called again.  This time I tried to get information from them as to caller, company name and address and he told me it was none of my business.  I had told him that my credit card information was none of his business.  He then hung up.  Please register my complaint.
