I live in Stockton and I was having problems with a mobile home park where my mom had her mobile home prior to her passing on. In fact I am still having problems with them just trying to get money back after charging me for items in escrow trying to conceal these charges under my utilities.  I had rec'd a letter from the owner stating that he would refund my money and to make an appt with the management on site so i called and office manager said she would call me back but when i waited all day and their number never showed as calling i notice there was 2 msgs from an unknown and they left a vm so when i went to listen it showed caller to be unknown@emaildomain.comverse so i listened to it and it was the park why she would block her number with this coming up instead of the office number leeds me to believe she's most likely knew that most wouldn't answer a call like this so it would by her some time for what don't know but you can bet I am sure going to find out.  There must be a program that allows people to use so that they can't be traced. I will ck back her if i find out more
