Scum collectors in St. Charles, IL

Getting loads of unsolicited calls from different people identifying themselves as "blank" with Client Services in St. Charles IL. They leave voicemails disclosing that they are debt collectors.
I called back and told the person who answered that they have the wrong name and phone (my cell) but continue to call anyway. I don't know them and have had no business ever with any such company.
I've asked for an address so I can forward a complaint letter to management and request they delete my name and number from their database. They then give me dial tone.
The number they dial me from is:

Anyone know who they are or for whom they work??

Send them written notice, mailed certified, that you are receiving calls from them on your cell phone, and demanding they cease calling.
If you continue to have problems, file complaints with your state Attorney General, and the Missouri Attorney General. If that doesn't get their attention, you can sue them for violation of your FDCPA cease communications letter.
