On September 3, 2010 I unknowingly allowed myself to be sucked into the Instaflex scam of free product, you pay the postage $4.99, charged to my visa. Now today Sept.27,2010 I received another unrequested package of Instaflex.  The postoffice tells me that the first class postage for this package is $1.73.  I am sure you get the picture quickly.  Today my recourse will be to call my card company and dispute all charges from this company and to call Instaflex to discontinue shippments. I shall return all products unopened and unused.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent or unauthorized charges, and close the account or block the card number due to fraud to prevent additional future fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.

Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges under FRB Reg. E or FCBA, but only if you dispute them promptly, within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges.  Do NOT depend on promises from scammers of "refunds" or that they will "investigate", as those are often made to delay your bank dispute past the 60 day dispute window.

File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney general, and at www.ic3.gov.

The same thing happened to me today 5/25/12.  Instaflex charged and sent the trial offer.  Today I received a 90 capsule bottle I did not order.  I immediately called the credit  card provider to dispute this.  They said I have to return the product and get delivery confirmation.
