I was going to place an order for Acai Berry. When I found out about the enrollment and monthly fee, I told the lady to cancel my order. Evidently she did not. I have a charge of $69.95 debited from my checking account. I would like this looked into and the money returned to my account immediately. Thank you.

You didn't agree to enrollment in their monthly shipment plan. They knew that, and charged you anyway. It was not an accident, since if you look at other complaints against this company, you will find many reports similar to yours.
It is common for "health product" companies to obtain billing information from consumers, allegedly for "trial offers", and then stuff additional charges through until the consumer catches it and closes the account. The whole industry is full of scammers.
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the fraudulent charge and close the account to prevent future fraudulent charges. Follow up promptly with a written dispute to your bank to preserve your FRB Reg. E dispute rights.
In the future do NOT use checking accounts, or debit, check, or ATN card numbers, for paying on-line or retail merchants. It is simpler to dispute and close a credit card account in case of fraud, than a checking account, due to disruption of check payments to other creditors.
