They withdrew 7.95 from my acct. and as far as I know I did not authorize the charge and as a result I overdrew twice from my bank acct.

They are a "discount club" scam. They get consumer account information from deceptive terms or sales pitches, or pop-up discount offers from other merchants.
Immediately dispute their charges through your bank as fraudulent, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.
The Senate Commerce Committee recently held hearings on this and similar companies. The New York Attorney General has launched a consumer fraud investigation into them.
Do NOT use checking accounts or even debit or check cards, for any retail or on-line purchases, due to this risk of fraud. Use only credit cards for such purposes. Block any debit or check cards, and use ATM cards only at your bank's own ATM machines.
