Placed price inquiry mid February, 2010 and received no response, called advised location my membership was ready to expire, told basically "sorry we have no control over our vendors and cannot do anything"

Sent e-mail to Direct Buy Corporate, they routed e-mail to wrong location, called back to corporate and they apologized. Sent e-mail to Coppel location, owner called and said he would check into situation and call back next day. 10 days later no phone call. Called corporate again today 4/14/10 and basically got a runaround.

Anyone planning on joining Direct Buy-DON'T. For the couple of hundred dollars you may safe you would be better off going to Costco or Sam's or just wait for sales.

    Sorry that I missed your letter, I am guessing that you joined in 2007,
    & DID not ever complain in writing,
    I could also guess that you did not renew your 3 year contract & it has now expired, Everyone who has joined over a year ago can join a law suit
