Diane Carroll loan modification

wells fargo has rob from the middle class.  i'm trying to get a loan modification and was denied because i wasn't making enough money to support my loan.  diane carroll ask me if i try refinance, i told her if that would be an option i wouldn't be taking this BS from wells fargo loan modification rep like diane carroll.  diane caroll wanted me to sell my house and live on the streets with my family.  she didn't want to tell me anything and just wanted me off the phone.  she told me i needed more income.  how the ffff   kkingg am i going to get more income.  pull it out of my ass.  if i had more income i would be looking for a loan modification.  I'M SO MAD!  i think diane carroll is a fake name they use.  i could go on and on but this is total BS from wells fargo bank.  i hope GOD is taking notes.
