Almira damage during transit

I shifted my household item from Ghaziabad to Ambarnath(mumbai) through ok movers n packers Pvt.ltd.They charged rs 2100/- against insurance but when we got our material ,our Almira was tottaly damage.When we lodge a complaint to packers with photo,they r not taking any action so Pl beware with cheater ok mover n packers.
