24th February 2013 I travelled from Adana via Istambul to London. Upon my arrival both my bags were damage the file reference LHRTK27868. The bags damaged contained most of my clothing and other important contents.
I called Turkish Airlines in Istanbul and had an extremely difficult time trying to firstly hear the agent on the other side of the line they were unable to assist me despite me giving them all the required information (tag numbers, flight numbers, boarding pass etc.) The contents of my luggage are probably worth more than £500 and some of the clothing was bought on my trips The UK and cannot be replaced.
Today again I called THY I get this e mail back, We are purposing to serve you better service with new Customer Relations web page in our website. The email address, mimbag@thy.com is not used anymore. You may reach Customer Relations website via following link.

The message clearly reveals that they have high volumes of damage baggage. Perhaps BBC should look into this and use this information when they next interview the CEO. I urge all customers of Turkish airlines who have experienced the same sort of treatment to visit blog sites and social media sites to expose the poor service they are giving. I have no idea how they could have been voted Europe’s best airline.
This is absolutely the worst airline experience our family has ever had and we have traveled on many different airlines.
Despite the cheap prices, I highly recommend that people do not travel on Turkish Airlines.

    have claimed refund ticket my claim no is 8077707 i tried many time to get the refund business ticket they keep  sending me mails and directing me from adrs to a local phone no. 0212 468 48 48
    my question now  :        what shall i do ?????

    Luckily when I got my luggage damage I got my refund.Not in Turkish Airlines but in Singapore Airlines.But when my luggage wheels disappeared in Qatar Airways they don't care anymore,bad luck.

    On 9.9.13 I had the misfortune to need to contact Turkish Air to cancel my flight from Heathrow ref: R15ENU due to ill health and inability to travel from Cornwall to London and on doctor's orders!  I said the return flight in October was OK.  They insisted I had to cancel BOTH flights even though return was unaffected and demanded another £660 (from Heathrow to N. Cyprus).  I said I would have to pay and asked them to email tickets.  They said that was not possible I would have to call into their office (the nearest is in London). Eurhan, the man I spoke with was the most rude, offensive individual I have ever spoken with.  His English was poor.  I asked him to speak more slowly or give me to a manager. The more I asked him the louder he shouted and faster he spoke!  Since then I have sent three emails, receive the badly written confirmation but nothing else.  My insurers told me to obtain a Cancellation Invoice and, together with GP letter and original tickets, I would be able to claim.  All I want from Turkish Airline is this document - You would think I wanted the crown jewels!   Beware everyone - no way are they the best airline in the world.  Nice planes, rubbish administration.

    My complain as well as of many sudanese who are now using turkisairline..
    Khaftohm / istanbul route..Iam afraid the efvice on this route is below standard..the cabin staff Iam afraid to say are inexpefience or dont care I dont know..and I have 47 yesrs expefidnce flging..on swisssir,lufthansa,british airways ,klm.
    Last few years I decided to choose Turkish airline.I also used gurkishairline fm Istanbul to London
    Which is completly different.
    My last trip on 4/ 7 fm Istanbul to Khartoum..most passengers fasting Turkey Nont Moslem or staff
    Not known..we had to wait 1  1/2 hour before ameal is served..I brought skme dates to give to passengers..
    Turkish airline please stop this double standard on service..We are not asking for much..just enough drinks food choice..

    I lost my pin no..tried to record miles but received a  Message because using wrong id 3 times .so no blocked
    And I should phone.Turkishairline.I tried but received answer in Turkish..
    So how can I record my miles can u send me anew pin no to my email

    yesterday I was in a hurry and used wrong pin code 3 times I got a message that my membership is pending.Now I remember my right pin code .Many times I called the number you said .the answer was in Turkey .it wasted my time and energy a lot .would you please send me an email telling me what to do?I'm really tired and confused.

    As at june 2014, the statement sent.to me showed I had 49889 miles as closing balance .I have travelled twice in july and September and my miles are still the same . I tried to login in to update my miles and could not. Please email me and tell me what to do

    Tüm Flıght TEAM ( durumu bildirmeme rağmen)önümden geçip gittiler ve Ground Servisle
    Temasa geçip görevlileri uyarmadılar......" Bizim görevimiz değil " ne DEMEK?. Kendilerinden geçmiş işlerini adeta angarya yapan göçmen işçilerin himayesine bırakıldık...
    Durumu bildirdiğim halde Sizden Cevap ALAMADIM.

    I travelled to Azerbaijan and on my way back to Ghana, I couldn't come back  with my luggage and I will please on your behalf to track it and get it for me. And on the top of the bag,  is a sticker(Resurrection Power) this luggage contains: Sports wear, short sleeves dresses, trousers, foots, slippers, towel, paste, brush.
