If you receive this charge on your credit card, it's a scam. I just realized that I had been charged $13.50 on my credit card every month for over a year. When I called the company to find out who they were and what they sold, the representative told me that he could not answer that.

I am now filing a dispute with the credit card company; however, since the charges are old, I may not get anywhere. I'll probably file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau.

Just found out TLG has been hitting my acct twice a month since July and when I went to contact the bank about them turns out they are a partner with Bank of America and because of that they were unable to dispute my charges sounds like a real conflict of interest to me deff need some help with this.

You may have signed up for a rewards program at a motel/hotel , But that is what its for The Wyndham Rewards Club  charges 16.99 a month to get special discounts  You may not have stayed there but if you have ever booked  a reservation with them or one of there affiliate hotels you may have signed up for it and did not realize it

Finally noticed this charge TLG*TRVLADVof $16.99 had been showing on the 24th of every month. Bank gave me the phone # of the company, called em up and gave em hell.

Best advice is to ask for email confirmation of when you signed up, and ask why they don't send email notifications monthly if you are enrolled in autopay-illegal. They also never said what company name the email even comes from.

After being transferred up to the 3rd person, she automatically refunded all the payments WHICH HAD BEEN 4 YEARS WORTH! I got a refund of $782.54, without putting up much of a fight which leads me to believe they have to do it all the time and they are scammy af.

I originally caught the Travelers Advantage scam from Alegiant Air tickets.

This is such a scam.  The man at first said they can automatically refund 4 months worth.  I argued that this has been coming out for almost 2 years.  He tried to SELL ME MORE and send me even more junk.  These people should be shut down! Call 1800-548-1116 and fight for your money back!

So, DO NOT GIVE in. Just do not settle for what they say.  Keep pushing for your money back. The first person who answers is authorized to give you a 4 month refund.  The second person gives you an 8 month refund.  Then, they transfer you again to "see what they can do."  This third person didn't ask any questions she just "calculated" what they owed me and offered me a refund of the full amount of $816.52.
