AMBER HOLLOWAYI received a letter in the mail saying this account was cancelled as of 03/22/2017
and the credit card was to be taken out of your system
and I am being charged again
I was originally told in March to call after the payment went thru on 03/21 to call and cancel to not have another charge and to continue service until 04/21 due to us moving
I called (as instructed ) on 03/22 after this charge went thru and was told i couldn't so this
