Bogus charges for 4 years

Just found out today that the 11.99 charge that has been taken out of my account had nothing to do with any of the pre-authorized withdrawals that I have actually authorized.  I have been paying this since May of 2008, and had no idea it was a scam.  I called and the woman said she would send me a 100.00 rebate to use for utility bills, etc.  Ummm, the total is closer to 600.00.  Very crafty business.
