Chase Bank calls me at least 15 times a week looking for someone who has not worked here in over a year. I started this job in August 2010 and this has been my number since that time. They refuse to remove me from the call list and continue to call several times DAILY!!
I have talked them over and over and told them the guy does not work here, the calls keep coming
I reported it to Chase - the calls keep coming
I went online and complained to Chase.com - the calls continue

Get the name and operator number of the person calling and THEN inform them that they are not welcome to phone again as the person they are seeking is no longer an employee and that they have been informed of this prior. Tell them that if they should opt to continue phoning you will without hesitation each and every time report them to the FCC for harrassment.
Then do just that. You can go to the FCC on line and fill out a simple on line form. Make sure you note the time, date of call, the reason for call and the name of the company and person calling.
The FCC does not take this behavior lightly and will contact them directly to stop the harassment.
