After taking money & all documents on 21/07/13 to activate by 3 days, not activared yet

dear sir,
            I purchaged a 4glte data card from airtel  on 21/07/13 & submitted all documents same day
under promise of activation within 3 days but not done yet,- I do feel cheated ,lost interest in airtrl service now, which I find customer unfriendly ,non-cooperative & incompetent. I do claim my data to be taken back & refunded- I have no faith left on airtel service--kindly do the needful.

    Till this hour, no one made any contact with me & am in total darkness about fate of my connection--when it is going to be activated after pretty long 7 days since purchase & submission of documents--am really really
    feeling harassed,--my only fault I opted for AIRTEL 4G LTE--NEVER KNEW IT WILL BE SO ANNOYING,
    & HARASSING! In this regard , I find PHOTON PLUS/ MTS  BY FAR BETTER in all respects,- they r very customer friendly , competent & always ready for true help.My humble request if you find it difficult to activate my device for reason whatsoever, kindly take back my device & refund my money..i can`t wait
    any further & any further delay is non-acceptable.

    I took Airtel 4G data card vide number 9845039552 ON 20TH OF August and already all the verification process completed and yet to
    Activate my connection ! when I called up the verification department on 22 /23 and 24 th of August  they told me that they do not have any information , please advise what is the reason for delay of my connection

    I too face the same issue here. I am very much unpleased with your service. I tried to call the customer care for this and i don't have a better response/support. The executive who handed over the dongle never gave me the sim number. And when i tried to recover the same from your customer service, they're not properly answering. I have been diverted to atleast 5 departments and still i have no solution for the issue.

    Please do not provide promises that you can't keep.

    This is the third day and you promised the connection to be available in just 2 days.
