Sorry, Collections Guy, RRS is a total rip-off.  I am having the same problem.  gave them accounts to collect.  They collected on at least one in February 2013.  They acknowledged collection in July 2013 well after the sixty days.  Representative said she sent in a check request on July 8 if it had not already been paid.  It is October 2013 and I am still waiting.  Neither Mr Connors or the account rep will respond to my emails.  Time to involve the NYS AG.  Plenty of people getting ripped off by them.

    Dear All,

RPS collected payment from three of our customers but never paid our share.

They are also not replying to our mails.

We need them to remit us our share collected from our three debtors.

No repsonse from them on mails.

    Check lost was never replced.

They send the check in the wrong name.

    Creates confusion for legal purpose.

    Do not deal with RPS.

Please mail us where we can complaint / report to authorities.

    Thanks

For INTERNAATIONAL STONES INDIA PVT. LTD.

"F" rating with the BBB. Numerous complaints filed all with the same theme-money is collected, but not sent on to the company who originally hired RRR to collect on past due debts. Snarky and/or generic responses from someone at RRR in response to said complaints.  Most complaints were not resolved until the intervention of the BBB. Go figure!  What is amazing and laughable is that journalists will contact the "CEO" for quotes on debt collections, like he is some great authority or well-respected expert in the field (right!), without doing some fairly simple background research on his company, his employees.....and their (dubious) practices!!

Got an email stating they were going to garnish wages.  Left no email,  address or phone number to call.   Last I knew, this was required.  Can't make a payment with no info....hmmmm
