This company keeps sending product of Ben though I send it back and charging it to my card. I've turned them into my bank as a fraudulent practice.

It's a cramming scam..
As long as they can keep charging your card, they can make money by "accidentally losing" your cancellation. that's their "business model".
You cancelled. They're "pretending" you didn't. Do what you should have done in the first place: file a fraud dispute against their charges through your bank to recover your money, and block your card number immediately to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
