I tracey jackson goodley have not recv'd an email as of yet for a ticket that was purchased on cheapoair.com, and via a conversation w/ the them on 11/4/10. I was to receive the email in minutes. It is now 11/6/10, and no email. Checked my credit card and fee was charged but know confirmation. I know must call the airlines to confirm my ticket; and this nsomething I or anyone should have to do... Poor communication, also the supervisor, said I would get a $15 refund- haven't seen that yet.Told them I have purchased many tickets in the past, never have I had these kind  of issues before. Never will I use or refer cheapoair.com to anyone!!!

    Cheapoair sucks
    Chepo air charged extra $200 on my card and can not explain why . They also sold me a package and changed my airline to a different dates which left me with no hotel for one night . The name says it all
