USHA Juice Mixure Grinder

I purchased Usha JMG2744, from Honey elct, J-1 Dilshad Garden, ND on DT. 14.06.2011, VIDE BILL NO.099.  Since then hardly I used 7-8 times ONLY for gravey. ie not used for grinding of any hard things. But its grinding pot have been cracked from upper sides. I contact with dealers, he says that someone authtomatically crack( EVEN without use), so lodge complaint, they will replace on site.
