never completed work and not responding to any of my calls

My property address is 5186 E Lamona Ave Fresno Ca 93727. I have been working with your subcontractors  and your office for 2 weeks and nothing has been resolved. I have called American Home shield many times to help with my Issues but we haven't accomplished anything! I am very frustrated and need help!
