pch scammer

I was contacted via text saying they were Todd Sloan and I had won 1 million Dollars, 20,000 a week for life and a brand new BMW.I had a gut feeling this was not legit.Also they wanted me to pay 500.00 for taxes.I called the real pch they said u dont have to pay a dime this is a scam.I texted the guy back and said I know this is a scam if u so much as come by my house I will call the police immediately. He said this is legit do u want my manager to call u.I said u bet.Havent heard back, people beware !!!
