SCAM CALL RE BANK CARD

This is a serious problem. Calling numerous times a day.
When I answer, no one is there - however the line is still connected.
I think they are trying to connect to my computer via app thru phone.
The phone number 800-945-2000 states the caller is CHASE CARD.
I pushed the phone to call back the number, NOTHING.
Looked up number - scam!!!
Verified with Bank - they did not call.
