I just had a call from this # to my cell phone # (which is on the do not call list AND I pay for minutes!) claiming to be from Card Services and that they can lower my interest rates since the current rates supposedly expire today and to press 1 for an operator - I told the Indian speaking male (who I could not understand ) that my number is on the do not call list and take it off of their list for they are wasting my min for crap spam calls.
